Our philosophy and tradition are based on the care and quality control of the grape through the monitoring of the whole productive process, from the strain to the bottle.
The region's soil provides an idyllic setting as well as an advantageous micro-climate for grape growing and this location of our vineyards has always been a key factor in the production of our excellent quality wines. The local combination of sun, land and water, together with the best expert hands, allows us to guarantee a singular and exceptional product.
Our cultivated vineyards span over 1.200 hectares (3,000 acres) located next to a unique wetland in Europe: the National Park of “Las Tablas de Daimiel”. This park represents an ecosystem of ancient fluvial bed forms, produced by the overflowing of the two rivers, the Guadiana and the Gigüela. "Los Pozos de Daimiel" contributing to the conservation of this invaluable ecosystem and ensuring the survival of its unique bird life. Within this context, the role of our winery is essential. This place has definitely inspired us in order to give a name and an image to our products.
Thanks to this unique ecosystem coupled with our irrigation techniques and the attention paid to the vines, we proudly produce a wide variety of healthy and balanced grapes amongst which are: Tempranillo, Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot as red grapes; and Airen, Macabeo and Verdejo as white varieties.
